I wrote this really as a quick reference for people who boohoo about not being about to get comments. I wrote it when I was a young lass so the writing is a little eh in some places, but I generally like the ideas in it.
There is a disclaimer towards the end, but just reiterate: These methods aren't guaranteed, and honestly, if you're not that great of an artist, you're going to have a harder time getting comments. Don't get discouraged because we all start somewhere, but immense talent and popular subjects can trump even the suggestions mentioned here.
Very well put I really like how you advised to keep the fonts eye-friendly and the pictures the size of the screen (800 pixel), not a roadmap some people like to use..
